Super Group Profits Expected to Double After Alberta Regulated Market Launch, According to CEO
During its latest earnings call, Super Group, parent company of Betway, CEO Neal Menashe said he expects Super Group to see double-digit revenue growth in Alberta.
The sportsbook and casino brand operator reported revenue of $556.9 million for Q3, with growth in Africa, Europe, and Canada driving the total. However, it also saw declines in both South America and Latin America.
Profit skyrocketed year-on-year, rising from $10.3 million in Q3 2024 to $95.8 million in 2025. Additionally, Adjusted EBITDA grew 65% to $152.1 million, from $92 million in 2024, and the number of customers rose 18% to 5.5 million.
In July, it announced it would be leaving the US market; however, due to its operations in Ontario and Canada’s grey market, Menashe sees growth in the company’s future, particularly with Alberta’s regulated market going live after being part of its grey market for a number of years.
Menashe commented, “We learned our lessons. We’re obviously enhancing the product [in Ontario], and that will help us deliver more in Alberta. I would say Alberta would be higher teens (growth rate). We would expect it to be close to what we see in Canada.”
Whitney Huston Powerbucks slot now launched in British Columbia

Before the end of 2025, Evolution-owned Eguzi will have its live casino games featured on bet365 after it announced a partnership with the British sportsbook earlier this week.
